Luckily there is no minimum age for being an entrepreneur.

Hacker’s Snacks is setting up shop here at theClubhou.se beginning this Co-Working Wednesday, June 3rd. It’s founder is Daniel Bustos, an 11 year old sibling of one of our MAKE Fellowship members. He approached theClubhou.se about setting up a snack shop for a summer job, and as we were hungry at the moment, we figured this is a great opportunity for everyone!
Seriously though, Daniel came by and discussed food options and hours of operation with us last week. Local produce and baked goods will be on the menu, as well as some standard sweets. He will set up every Co-Working Wednesday from 9am7pm so those attending Founder’s Circle and Beer & Bytes will have munch and drink options throughout the day. A percentage of the profits will go to support youth educational programs associated with theClubhou.se.

So swing by and tell your friends of the new snack options at the Innovation Academy! Also, don’t forget to support lemonade stands while you’re out and about this summer, folks. Kids setting up shop show initiative, so let’s support their endeavors!

Located in a historic 1802 Schoolhouse, our space is divided into two wings. One for learning and prototyping, and one for coworking and business incubation. Our membership comes from a wide variety of backgrounds that all consider themselves some measure of hacker, maker, and doer. I am an architect. We have entrepreneurs, business people, teachers, engineers, designers, artists, and Jacks and Jill’s of all trades, and of course many software and hardware developers.
